Meeting Time & Place: February 11th, Xanadu
Our latest planning meeting was another productive step toward bringing Idaho Decompression 2026 to life. The team is aligning on key details, refining logistics, and building the foundation for a truly memorable year. Here’s a look at what’s emerging as we continue shaping the event.
Attendance & Community Experience
This year’s event will be capped at 150 participants, creating an intimate, intentional gathering.
Staff and volunteers are not included in that cap, ensuring we have the support needed to run the event smoothly.
We’re planning for an all‑ages event, with a clearly designated 21+ area for adult‑only spaces and activities.
Dates & Locations
Pre‑compression: May 9th — location still being finalized.
Idaho Decompression: October 9–11 (Tentative) at Oasis at Captain Harry’s.
This venue gives us room to grow creatively while keeping the community feel that makes Decomp special.
Tickets & Pricing
General Admission: $125
Youth (12 and under): $50
Ticketing details and sales windows will be announced soon.

We’ll also be gathering sound camp set lineups to hand off to our graphics designers so promotional materials can start taking shape.
